About Us
The Center for Compassion and Creativity
A registered not-for-profit, our mission is to promote compassion and creativity in individuals and society as a whole.
For over 10 years, we’ve initiated and supported academic conferences, university classes, community events, and creative programs that inspire and engage people of all communities.
How We Started
The Center for Compassion and Creativity began in 2013 with a gift of over $100,000 from The Fourteenth Dalai Lama. Our initial aim was to help introduce secular compassion training into Western education. We have since expanded our mission to include creativity and all expressions of compassion.
